The Counting Clouds Sleep Approach

There is no one “correct” way to support a child’s sleep. Every family, child and situation is different. At Counting Clouds, we take a gentle, responsive approach that’s grounded in understanding your child’s needs, temperament and emotional world. Together, we focus on changes that feel manageable, respectful and aligned with your instincts as a parent.

We do not use cry-it-out methods or expect families to ignore their instincts. Instead, we work together to build sustainable sleep habits in a way that feels manageable, respectful and realistic for your family.
