Hello!
I’m Jocelyn
After graduating in psychology, I built my career as an international merchandiser, working with global fashion brands. I thrived on the analytical side - spotting patterns, predicting trends, and understanding consumer behaviour. As the years went by, I felt a growing pull back to psychology and a desire to focus on work that would leave a meaningful, lasting impact. The fast-paced nature of my job also prompted deeper reflections on time, how we experience it, and, crucially, how sleep shapes our emotions, relationships, and overall wellbeing.
Travel became an unexpected turning point. Crossing time zones, battling jet lag, and adapting to life’s unpredictability brought sleep into sharp focus for me. Along the way, I became fascinated by its intricacies, its power, and the ways we can optimise it. Immersing myself in different cultures opened my eyes to the nuances of parenting, where connection and community often serve as the foundation. These experiences inspired me to reflect on my own childhood, particularly my mother’s stories of my wakeful nights as a young child. This growing curiosity led me to dive into the science of sleep - unravelling its complexities, exploring its transformative potential, and discovering how healthier habits can better support families.
Determined to turn my passion into something practical, I trained with the internationally recognised Holistic Sleep Coaching Programme at BabyEm (OCN Level 6). Now, I work with families to navigate sleep challenges with gentle, research-based strategies rooted in developmental psychology and neurobiology. My goal is to take the stress out of sleep, empowering parents to feel confident and supported - so they can focus on what truly matters, knowing they and their children have the tools they need to thrive.
