How does it work?
You play the role of the recorder - For 3–5 days, you'll track your little one's sleep by jotting down naps, bedtimes, and wake-ups. I'll take on the detective work, analysing all the clues (a.k.a. the sleep data) to uncover patterns and craft a personalised sleep plan. You do the tracking, I do the sleuthing - teamwork at its finest!
